Smileviet was founded in Hanoi
Nu Cuoi Viet Travel & Trading Co., Ltd,with a simple ambition to build travel experiences with integrity and care
2009
An Early Step Beyond the Ordinary
In partnership with Vietnam Airlines,Smileviet operated its first charter flight
on the Danang – Hong Kong route,marking an early step into complex, large-scale operations
2011
Extending the Journey Beyond Borders
The brand was internationalized and officially renamed SMILEVIET JSC.
Ho Chi Minh City branch opened
Appointed exclusive GSA for Paradise Cruises Halong Bay in the Chinese-Speaking Market
Laying the foundation for premium operations and long-term international positioning.
2013
Building Clarity Through Digitalisation
Smileviet partnered with Bravo Corporation to develop a proprietary tour operation system, initiating the digitalisation of internal processes for greater control and transparency
2015
Design Travel Experience Through Vietnam Taste
Expanding the concept of experience,
Smileviet began packaging Vietnamese specialty products
(cashews, macadamia nuts, coffee),
ensuring quality control from origin to guest.
2018
Danang, Nationwide Forward
Danang branch opened,
strengthening Smileviet’s nationwide operational capacity.
2020
Founded SmileViet Food
Smileviet established Smileviet Food,
partnering with TangShop to introduce renowned Taiwanese nougat, marking a thoughtful step into curated food experiences
2021
Smileviet Liquere
Smileviet established Smileviet Liquere,
partnering with Osaka Gin Orijin
to introduce a curated selection of premium Japanese spirits, bringing craftsmanship and refinement into the world of taste.
2022
Smileviet 2.0 Rebrand
A new brand identity was introduced,
